Hi all,
I have a question about wireless trace output. It has puzzled me a long time.I expect you can help me.
I simulated a 802.11 ad hoc network, my problem is how to see “-Nw ERR” in the trace file? I used TwoStateMarkov error model to simulate the link errors of 802.11 adhoc netwok and turned on all traces. When I changed (increased ) the loss rate I saw more RET. I think it is because after exceeding the retry limit a corrupted packet is discarded and loss reason is denoted as RET .
How Can I see ERR message in the trace? I really appreciate your help.
