B ->COMMUNICATION SKILLS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN PROGRAMMING SKILLS.
C ->BOTH ARE EQUALLY IMPORTANT.
D ->BOTH BUT PROGRAMMING SKILLS HAVE HIGHER WEIGHTAGE THAN COMMUNICATION SKILLS.
E ->BOTH BUT COMMUNICATION SKILLS HAVE HIGHER WEIGHTAGE THAN PROGRAMMING SKILLS.
ANSWER: A or B or C or D or E +(YOUR VIEW IN BRIEF .)
Once I asked the same questing at one of my old student who is having a habit of switching jobs very frequently. He said, “sir, in interviews, for a complex technical question, if one is able to say the answer – ‘I don’t know’ – in an indirect way with better English and style then most of the time, it will be a good and satisfactory answer”.
💡 If the question is ‘The Role of Communication Skills in Getting an IT Job’ then, option ‘B’ only is the answer.
💡 But, I believe that option ‘B’ is just like a ‘key’ to open a workshop door. In side the workshop we can not do the work only with the key. Inside the workshop we have to be equipped with some additional ‘tools’. So option ‘A’ is also needed to survive after passing the door.
s.. but the MNC and highlevel companies need good communication but the medium level companies expect from the employee they can understand the situation or not. this kind of companies need good programming skills more than the communication
